Felicia joined Hope House in December 2025. Before coming to Hope House, she ran programs for children from birth to age 5 in a public school setting, conducting home visits and leading parenting classes. Before that, she served as the coordinator for the Family Services Department of a Head Start program.
She spent five years as a doula, childbirth educator, lactation counselor and birth assistant in central Minnesota. She also spent several years doing home visits for families either in the child protection system or at risk of entering the system, teaching parenting skills to support reunification or prevent separation.
Felicia received a master’s in education in parent and family education from the University of Minnesota, as well as a bachelor’s of elective studies in community psychology with a minor in psychology from St. Cloud State University.
Felicia is most excited to walk alongside the moms of Hope House in their parenting journeys and feels honored to be part of their stories. She is passionate about meeting people where they are and providing encouragement, knowledge and resources to help them achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Felicia enjoys spending time with her eight children, playing board games, watching football, going to the beach and finding outdoor adventures.
