Local companies involved in Hope House’s Career Partner Program provide a unique opportunity for our teen moms to gain work experience and skills. By offering a one-year paid internship, these businesses give our teens a chance to become qualified for jobs offering a wage that allows them to be self-sufficient… thus breaking the cycle of poverty for themselves AND their children.
Hope House recently hosted a breakfast for our Career Partners, and over 20 people attended. Kaylynn, a Hope House teen mom who is working for Iron Mountain, shared how the “the Career Partner Program has opened many doors for me.”
