Trisha Daly, Healthy Relationships Coordinator at Hope House, found it impossible to find curriculum on healthy relationships written specifically for teen moms. So she and colleague Robin Scott decided to write their own curriculum, The Story of Hope: The Journey of a Teen Mom.

Featured in this month’s issue of Counseling Today, this book is designed to counsel teen moms about healthy relationships in a way that engages them through Hope, a fictional character. As they journey through Hope’s story, they learn lessons about relational topics specific to teen moms. Each chapter contains insightful questions designed to help counselor relate the character’s story to their client’s story.

The Story of Hope is a great tool for counseling any teen girl about difficult subjects related to healthy relationships. See more here or order your copy at Amazon!
