Talia joined the Hope House staff in September 2023. When she first came on staff, Talia worked as a residential advisor, helping teen moms in the Residential Program gain stable housing as they worked on their self-sufficiency goals. Talia continues to work with residential teen moms, but transitioned to the role of property caretaker on the housing support team in early 2025. As the property caretaker, Talia ensures that the house and surrounding property are well taken care of to support the teen moms and children living there. Talia is currently enrolled at Metropolitan State University of Denver as a senior where she is majoring in human services with a concentration in addiction studies. She plans to move onto a master’s program upon completion of her undergraduate studies. Talia has a background in the medical field, working at an urgent care for three years. When Talia is not working or studying, she enjoys eating at local bakeries, hiking and going to the gym.
