Ashley’s journey at Hope House began in 2014 as the GED program coordinator, fueled by her enduring passion for helping teen moms overcome barriers, earn an education and enter the workforce. Since joining the team, she has held a variety of roles, giving her a deep, holistic understanding of the organization. She now serves as the director of finance & operations, managing the critical infrastructure—HR, finance, IT and facilities—that keeps the organization running smoothly. Ashley loves figuring out how to help the organization reach its goals and is especially excited to set Hope House affiliates up for success by assisting in building out their business infrastructure. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University and a Master of Public Health in global health and health disparities from the Colorado School of Public Health. Outside of work, she loves cheering on her favorite sports teams, and treasures new adventures with her growing family.
