Chris joined the Hope House staff in June 2023. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in digital cinema and minors in English and psychology from John Brown University. He continued his education and earned a Masters of Arts in arts and culture management from Denver University online while working in various roles at Disney World in Florida for the past five years. Prior to that, Chris worked as a shelter coordinator at Springs Rescue Mission in Colorado Springs. In all his work experiences, Chris has remained passionate about the human experience and the stories that make each individual unique. Seeing that Hope House is a place full of incredible stories, he is excited for the opportunity to be involved and come alongside teen moms, children and volunteers to experience the transformational work that God is doing here. Chris was born and raised in Colorado Springs, so he is excited to be near family and the mountains once again. Outside of work, Chris loves watching movies, hiking, reading in hammocks, campfires, talking with his wife, playing with his dog, boardgames and going on spontaneous adventures.
