Katie joined the Hope House staff in June 2026. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus in economics from Florida Atlantic University. While volunteering as a basketball coach for the Special Olympics Organization, Katie began her career working with neurodivergent children to help lessen their symptoms and develop new skills through holistic programming. She realized she found her magic in helping others while adding a healthy dose of laughter to the mix, and always tried to keep that at the forefront of her subsequent positions in customer success and account management. Outside of work, Katie is a nature and comedy-loving yogi who lives to play with her five nieces and nephew, see animals in the wild and spoil her dog, her goodest girl, Tali Bug. As a self-proclaimed “pastatarian,” she rarely meets a noodle dish she doesn’t enjoy.
