Decatur Place Apts, managed by Mercy Housing, offers 2-year transitional housing and a self-sufficiency program for low-income single parents who are working, preparing for GED, or attending school. Seeking volunteers to help residents (approx. 106 parents & 165 children) with academics, recreation or other needs.
